Yes, but you have to have quit because of a conflict on interest that your job refused to fix. It has to be legitimate and your employer could face possible law suits. Very hard to do all this.
An example is if you worked for an Electric company and they refused to adhere to saftey guidelines: You can quit in fear of your safety but you have to prove that the company was at fault (not an indivdual superviser) and that there was no course for remedy for your complaint.
So, Yes Technically, No Probability.

You need to get a reference letter from your boss & ask your boss to state that there was lack of work for your position. You coud run into lots of problems just stating that you quit your job without a valid reason.

No. You have to be let go for reasons that are not your fault. For example, if you are fired for trying to strangle your boss, you wouldn't be able to collect unemployment for that, either.
