Probably a toss up between salmon (good, and good for you) and catfish (I'm a southern girl - this was probably my first solid food!)

The best tasting fish I ever ate was monkfish and I haven't been able to find it at a good restaurant since. It was a special of the day. Ordinarily, I enjoy the white, dense fishes more. I like cod, orange roughy, mahi mahi....the more 'fishy' it tastes, the less I like it. Although I do enjoy a good rainbow trout once in awhile.

Has to be mahi-mahi due to texture and mildness of flavor. Also the others are cheaper and more mass produced. I do like catfish even though it's a bottom-feeder.

White Bass #1, an excellent fish to pan fry in light oil, requires little seasoning very tasty without the fishy taste.

#2 Grouper, great taste, no wrong way to cook it!!

I love fish, I can go on!!!

I love most fish but my favorite is called oilfish in English and I believe waloo in Hawiian. Ivory white and deeeeeelishous. I've only seen it on the menu in a couple of Roy Yamaguchi's restaurants.

If you see it, try it!

I don't like fish at all! It used to be salmon, but I hate the taste of fish now!

Cod or any kind of fish that doesn't have that fishy taste to it. I know that sounds weird, but I don't like kind of seafood that has a fishy smell or taste to it.
