what can i do to make sure i dont look like a ballon? anything will help. get sleep, tell me what to eat when to eat it and all that jazz lol. thanx so much! 10pts best answer!

Drink water, avoid salty foods, drink unsweetened tea, eat fruits and veggies, get good sleep, lay on your stomach when sleeping, get an exercise ball and do stretches on your stomach while laying on the ball, run a mile or two, don't sit in front of a screen for more than 30 more minutes, take a hot salt or bubble bath, rub oil on your skin, don't drink soda or carbonated drinks.

Wear a skirt if you have large hips or a large butt, or wear tight-ish jeans if you have most of you weight on your stomach. Wear a loose, princess cut, or patterned shirt, too. Those make you look thinner. Make your hair nice, too. It will draw attention of off your stomach if you are that worried.

Can you look like a balloon? I want to try that! I've never been fat a day in my life... Huh, make sure to not eat anything that doesn't agree with you. Get plenty of sleep. When does school start? Tommorow? Just watch what you eat, maybe fruits and meats would be good, and a salad. Drink tons of fluids.

If you are really worried wear a cute patterened or lacy shirt that isn't super tight! Or calm down ur stress any of it and eat healthy and kick the junk! Also don't wear jeans that are too tight if u are bloated ur belly tends to splurge out!

dont eat salty foods and drink lots!! u can buy pills to make ur less bloated too!! i go tanning in a tanning bed, i think it helps me to sweat alot!!
