When you don't have to think twice about buying something you want. Therefore, it depends on the individual, where you live, and what is available to you. I personally don't think there are many people who actually "feel" wealthy because we all want to have more.

Once all the basic necessities and things like a car and a house of your choice are got, you will feel kind of a wealthy person. Even happiness and money are not related much once the basic necessities are fulfilled. Happiness? What about happiness? It is a very important ingredient for life. If you are happy you are more than wealthy. That's why someone once said "I would rather put a million smiles on peoples' faces than a million dollars in my pocket." Above all you should have a passion or a zest for life. So if you want to feel wealthy it's enough if you have the frugal amount of money that will buy all the above. And if you still want to feel more wealthy, you are greedy !

I am saying it will take about five dollars more than you will ever have. I base this on the fact that it seems no matter how much money people have they always want more. If they had enough would they not pay their taxes without cheating. I can not figure out why people give to charity and still cheat the government every single chance they get. Which leads me to believe you always need five more dollars than you have to feel wealthy.

Of course, everyone, even you, know the answer, don't you? There can be no limit to a person's greed. The more he gets, the more he wants. If you are in a job where there is a scope for improving your status and earning, then I'd say, work hard to improve, not only for the money, but also for the satisfaction which comes with the feeling of reaping the fruit of hard work. But if you are in a situation from where there can be no upgradation, then it will probably be better to be satisfied with what you have and focussing on how to best utilise the amount of money you have.

I don't' know about wealthy. As far as I'm concerned, if my bills are paid and my family is taken care of I'm very happy.

Beyond that I'm not sure there is a real definition for wealthy. No matter how much people have, they always want more.

I don't have much money, but I feel like the richest man in the world. I have all the air I need, and all the water, and the love of my family. What more could one ask for ?

Wealth is not all about money. Some people would never have enough money. But wealth of the spirit comes from knowing your place and space in life.

the feel of wealth is in the mind , one could have all the money
in the world and still feel poor, the feeling of being wealthy depends on how happy you feel with what you have. it is a matter
of contentment.

Interesting question. Is "feeling wealthy" the same as "being comfortable". I don't think so. So to answer your question....Billions and Billions and Billions !!!!!
