Will they know if I use AIM Express at work?

I'm addicted to AIM, but my new place of employment doesnt allow it. A while back someone downloaded it and the next day a policy went out against it. Will they know that I use AIM express instead since there is no download?

They are legally allowed to have software that detects what you view at work. Dont use it. I set this program up when i worked for the school board to be able to monitor what the kids were viewing.
