Resume blasting (as in to 200 at once) is not a good idea. If you want a large number of employers to see your resume, just post it on HotJobs! or CareerBuilder. However, if you are still determined to take the shotgun approach to job hunting through email, then doing a Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) is a good way of hiding just how many recepients you are sending it out to...you will still be using your own email, unless you create a unique email address to do this...or hire a company to do this for you (see below).

Yes, that way the receiver won't see it's been sent to 200 other addresses. Using BCC hides the recipients, no worries.

Actually, you need to send it to each email address individually because a cover letter specifically to that employer and position should be contained in the email as well.
