Romanian, the language, is a Romance language, closely related to French, Spanish and Italian. So Latin is the best choice of the four possible answers you have provided. Romanian people are certainly not Slavonic (from Russia or Ukraine, etc.), Hebrew, or Anglo-Saxon (from the UK).

Latin is a language and should not be used to refer to a specific group of people. Romans are people who can speak Latin. I studied the language for several years :)
