maximum fine for property misdescriptions act 1991?

I did not find the '1991' version, but rather the Property Misdescriptions (Specified Matters) Order 1992 S.I. 1992/2834. I couldn't find the "max"...but appears that the 'normal' fine is around 1000 (pounds sterling).
