I trust most people. But I am trying to concentrate on being trustworthy. If you tell little white lies to avoid hurting other people, when you receive a compliment, you'll assume it is a lie told to avoid hurting your feelings. If you steal little things from others, you'll assume that most people are out to steal from you. It is hard to live life assuming most everyone is out to get you one way or another.

she has been there thick and thin, i've told her some crazy stuff and vise versa it's good
in the end i'd rather just have one really great friend as opposed to many superficial ones
quality is of paramount importance
