fast food and junk food kills. Try vegetables and fruit, drink a LOT of water, avoid cola, sprite and similar stuff and be as choosey as hell when if comes to food - no potatoes, no pasta, no oily sauces. Eat rice, buckwheat. Meat must be without fat. All the food should be made not in oil, but in water. Eat more boiled than baked stuff.

And forget pizzas and McDonalds!

avoid mcdonalds every day/meal...u can have it once in a while, but too much is proven to make people obese...u can eat carbs and proetein and stuff, but avoid too many french fries etc. Vegetables/fruits + protein are the best way to stay healthy.

Avoid places like McDonalds, Burger King, and anything else that serves fatty foods.

Eat salads, fruits, drink plenty of water, avoid sodas...

It's common sense really.

Run and stay away from fast food. You've heard it all before... lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grain and low fat meat.
