It's not the latest thing, it just seems that way because it is hitting epidemic usage proportions. EVERYBODY is doing it...

It seems like meth is the new big thing because that's what the media and government want you to believe. In reality, it's not the most-used illegal drug out there and instead is actually way, way down on the list. Part of the reason meth makes the news is that it's a bit more visible, because of problems like meth lab explosions and also the highly destructive (and very visible) physical effects of meth (rotting teeth, sagging skin, etc.). But the government is blowing the meth thing WAY out of proportion, ignorning some of the other, older drugs that are still causing the greatest problems for people. They did the same thing with "crack babies" in the 80's.

Well because it is the latest thing on the drug scene so many people love to stay up all night long having sex or flailing like playing cards making some arts and crafts and even word searches, and even having real deep conversations. So interesting on how much you learn from someone in just a couple of minutes because they keep going and going and going .Its still called crystal and crank but now in days some people also refer to it as glass or ice and even ice cream.

DRUGS ARE A "CRUTCH" & OVER A PERIOD OF TIME WILL MAKE YOU "CRIPPLE". METH WILL MAKE YOU EXTREMELY "OLD" LOOKING IN A SHORT TIME, SAY 12 WEEKS. IT CAUSES YOU TO ITCH YOUR FACE BECAUSE YOU THINK BUGS ARE CRAWLING ON IT, THUS YOU HAVE HOLES IN YOUR FACE FROM DIGGING AT IT! You will lie & steal to get it. There is nothing worse. Its been around for over ten years. Nothing new. But I can tell you from expeirence its its BAD! Worse than crack or coke. Very hard to get off of. You will start to steal & lie to get it.
