Yes you do, there may be laws that vary from state to state,but I'm sure that 4 years is not nearly enough to be considered divorced in the eyes of the state.

after four years and nothing getting back since that 1,460 days and nothing happen and person might seeing other person. so I say ummmm divorce because it not working out and never will get back together. if it was speration for 1 year and later work it out and yes. but four years oh my gosh don't waste your time for that.
