Personally, I think that cartoons kind of suck in todays world...has anyone watched Saturday morning cartoons lately? They are retarded...My kids enjoy cartoons that I watched as a kid, the classics like the smurfs, Richie Rich and ofcourse Scooby Doo, what do you think?

Finally a question i can relate to. I couldnt agree more. Cartoons today are aweful and not at all funny. Whatever happened to bugs bunny and daffy duck the classics? I never get to see them anymore. What I loved is the fact that I remember laughing long before I was old enough to get the jokes. Once I was old enough to get it they were even more funny. I can watch those old Bugs Bunny cartoons over and over and never get tired of them!!!

The best Kid's shows (all in the past) were Captain Kangaroo, The Electric Company, Mr Rogers Neighborhood (for slightly older kids). As for cartoons you couldn't go wrong with Bugs Bunny, The Roadrunner, Daffy Duck, etc.

i have a two year old who drops everything for Elmo's world and the wiggles, and ants in your pants i find that it isn't so much about cartoons any more as it is about real people or puppets doing the shows that we used to enjoy, Saturday morning cartoons i am afraid are unfortunately, a thing of the past, and this is coming from a former Saturday junkie

I like watching Boomerang to see the good cartoons. even the live action shows of the 70s were better than the crap today. I loved Tom and Jerry and Bullwinkle. the only cartoon for today's time that I love is Spongebob Squarepants.

I used to love the old Nickelodeon shows especially "You can't do that on television". The slime was so exciting! Oh, and the USA Cartoon Express with the Chopper Bunch and Grape Ape. You are right cartoons have really gone down hill!

I agree the cartoons today suck! They're totally all massed produce to get as many of the same storylines and pictures out, I do not like them. My favorite cartoon is Definitly Duck Tales---Woo-OO!:) The Best!

My kids LOVE the old Scooby Doo cartoons. Their favorite episode is the one that features Batman... found it at WalMart!

there are no good kid shows today...they all suck...i suggest u buy all the good shows from the 90's...many are now out on dvd as a complete set...my favorite in the past was the original x-men series and are you afraid of the dark...heres a website with a huge list of old 90's shows

My cousin loves Spongebob Squarepants. I'll be babysitting her and she'll be like completely bouncing off the walls, but then I walk over to the DVD player and pop in Spongebob and then she becomes a complete angel and silence once again prevails over the house. I must admit though, Spongebob is pretty funny and its cute...
