Side effects from Air Conditioning? no
Just cools you down. Cant get cold enough to cause any major body problems, and if it does, turn it off.

Not entirely sure what you mean by side affects.. I am assuming it is from "air conditioning"...
Well.. I have side affects and those are cold-like symptoms.. allergy-like symptoms. I am somewhat allergic to air conditioning and even in my house, I use a fan on very low as air conditioning gives me a cold.

Air conditioning dries out the air. It can cause your skin and nasal passages to dry out. And if you don't clean them properly they can harbor germs and dust. The germs can make you sick and the dust won't help anyone with allergies.

Air conditioning can increase blood pressure so if your's is high be careful.
