Giraffes definitely can!
Also, okapis, the giraffes only relative can wassh it's eyelids. The okapi's hind quarters and it's legs look like a zebra's but the rest of the body is covered with a brown coat. It has ears like a hyenas; large and round.
Another animal that can is the Lowland Anoa. They, like giraffes, pull leaves off bushes using their very long tongues.
All these animals can be found at the San Diego Zoo.

I know for a fact that Geckos can. They lack funtional eyelids, and use their tongue to clean their eyes. I used to breed them so I saw it quite often..........good question!

lizards, snakes, human (if they can), cows is already take but im saying, frogs. but i see mostly lizards. (why would someone want to know this lol)
