It can't be done poltically. It just needs lots of individuals to treat everyone with compassion and respect and hope the trend catches on

Pay it forward. Avoid bandwagons like the Salem Witch hunts. A few manifestations and suddenly everyone was possessed or accuser. If you liked Coke your mother-in-law Pepsi accusations flew. I can't stop political policy. I can refuse to follow the mob. World War II underway it was those who rejected propaganda bridging the gap between cultures, races and orientations, promoting peace. Two things pay it forward and avoid testimonies based on spectral evidence.

The only way we will ever have world peace is to rid the world of all Dictators, Terrorist, and any group of people who are hell bent on killing another group. So the only way to world peace is by war and violence.

Start making peace with your household, neighborhood, community, church, job, city, state, country. If everyone did that, it would trickle out to World Peace.

First and foremost would be to learn tolerance for others.We are all really just one people,not really all that different.Learn to embrace our uniqueness and admire the same in others.
