How come if you can get all this attention/affection or whatever from SO many"men",then why SETTLEDOWN,with ONE man only to later break-up?How come you won't just stay that *** in the field?Why you settle then,end up despising the same man you were head over heels about?

Because it's called love. You love him and its the total compliment to be asked to marry and be with him the rest of your life. So people are fickle and can't stay happy or together for that long and they split up. You just have to work on being together, its not always easy.

I can have a different man everyday but at some point other things become more important. You meet someone that changes it for you. Makes you want to devote your life to them. They promise you the world but deliver sh*t. Once a man "gets" you things change. That is when the resentment starts. All the talking/asking in the world doest seem to help. Men seem to be programed to take advantage of a women's love and not actually listen to what she is saying. There will always come a point when enough is enough. How can one stay head over heals with someone who doesn't care ?

By the laws of nature, humans are social creatures. We all sometimes think that we can live alone with no one around but it is impossible to go through life without making contact with others. Marriage or long term relationships allow us to have more interaction with another human. Sometimes it doesn't last as long as we would like, but it has brought us closer and taught us more about life and ourselves than any other means.

I didn't. I never settled, I chose my hubby 10 years ago and still adore him now. Men still try and get my attention and I tell them to step off, I have who I want.

Because love is wonderful and we all want it. you can't get it by staying in the feild. You have to come to home plate every once in a while unless you strike out before you make it.
