Why do people get jealous about things that happened before they are even in the picture?

When you start dating someone, everything is peachy. Next thing you know, 6 months down the road, in a moment of honesty, you admit something about your past. Then all of the sudden trust is no longer an option. My opinion is the past is the past, and it doesn't effect the future unless you let it.

The best thing to do is LEAVE the past in the past. But when you hear about your significant other with someone else or having done something that you don't agree with........it kinda makes you sick. Think about it?? Don't you wanna be the ONE and only ONE --- the # ONE in your mans life? So to hear or even think of someone being in that position ever is sickoning.
