how can i make a plan to leave with my daughter?I don't work and I have pets that need to come with me. But my husband is verbally mentally emotionally and sometimes physically abuses me?

Sorry to hear.
Don’t know about where you live, but we have support groups and shelters for situations like that here in Maryland USA. Start with a search, and go from there. Good luck.

If you feel that you and your child's lives are being threatened you need to get out of the situation asap. If he lays a hand on either of you do not hesitate to call the police AND press charges. This will at least get him out of the house. If you need to get out of the house then you may have to take yourselves to a women's shelter. Do NOT under any circumstances leave the house and your daughter behind with your husband! That's technically considered abandonment and if you want custody of your child you'll need to take her with you to show your intent.

I've attached a couple of links that you may find useful. These groups will help you plan your 'escape' and provide emotional and legal support.

CALL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HELP LINE NOW! OR SNEAK ON THE INTERNET AND FIND the one in your area. they will put you somewhere and find you permanent housing. also give you cash and clothing also have free daycare so that you can look for work. go for it!
