Your question is faulty.
According to wikipedia:
MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3, more commonly referred to as MP3, is a popular digital audio encoding and lossy compression format, designed to greatly reduce the amount of data required to represent audio, yet still sound like a faithful reproduction of the original uncompressed audio to most listeners.
I know of NO Cd's with 150 songs but their are a lot of MP3 PLAYERS with 150 song capability.
A CD with 12 songs is called a CD.

It's just a CD
(By the way - normal CDs can fit lots of mp3s on - e.g. 700MB CD at 4MB per mp3 = 175 mp3s - but they aren't in the correct format to be read by most players. To make them readable by normal stereos they are converted as part of the burn process. You can, however, get players that can read CDs still in mp3 format)
