Does it have something to do with Faith still being alive? And if so, what is the point of having a Slayer in jail (or, for that matter, having an evil Slayer roaming around)?

I'm watching the series for the first time and am in the middle of the last season... but some questions are really bothering me. Should I just suspend disbelief and go with it?

because, technically, Buffy isnt a slayer since she died at the end of season 1... she came back to life, sure, but she did die, so the duties of the slayer passed on to kendra, who died, then to faith, who is still alive... so Faith is the slayer, Buffy isnt... so it doesnt matter if Buffy dies or not again... ive seen every season except the last one... i need to get it on dvd.... i dont know where the potentials fit in... or why theyre even there...

Another didn't arise bc Fati was there. There is no point to having a bad slayer, if not for having Buffy I think the watchers council would have killed her so that another slayer could have risen.

Just go with it, the last couple of seasons kinda sucked. You need to watch all of the Angel series.

i think it takes awhile for the slayer to be found - it took them awhile to find buffy.
