Go to the doctor and ask what could help. I have really bad cramps too and my doctor said that I should take IB profen one day BEFORE my period starts and it would help with the flow, the length of time, and also the cramps. It worked too! Some people also get on birth control because it can help with cramps and length of time.

Everyone is different when it comes to your periods. Some girls have more pain than others with them and everyone can handle pain differently.
You need to speak to your mother and talk to her about your periods if they hurt this much. You may need to see a doctor.
I always had very painful periods and they usually lasted for 7 days (light the first couple, then heavy for a few, and then light again). I would have pain in my lower stomach as well as in my back and even down the back of my thighs. A lot of times I would have an upset stomach too and be very nauseated.
My mom took me to the doctor and they wanted to put me on birth control pills to "regulate" my periods, but it made them worse! Can't always count on them.
What I started doing was to not have any pop with caffine in it at all. I started drinking a lot more water. I also started exercising some...I'd go for a walk for about 1/2 hour to an hour three times a week. It helped a little, but not totally.
I would sleep with a heating pad on low on my stomach or back, whichever was hurting the most. Tyelnol didn't help at all.
A girlfriend of mine told me about Midol, which you can buy over the counter, so I talked to my mom and she bought it for me. That did help too...but again, NOTHING was taking all the pain away.
I see from another post that you say you are sexually active and 13. Much too early for you to be doing that. You don't want to have to be worrying about getting pregnant or getting any sexually transmitted diseases (STD's).
I think it's time for you to talk with your parents/mom about sex and your period. If you don't feel comfortable talking with them then find a favorite aunt, grandparent, or even the school nurse. You need more information than what you have.
Just because you've had sex once, does not mean that you have to continue. You can stop at any time. Do NOT let a boy talk you into it by saying "you will if you love me"...or that they will leave you if you don't. If that is the case then you say "you won't pressure me into this if you love me" and if they choose to move on then they didn't love you...they were only using you to get sex. You don't need that. Think more of yourself.
Good luck!

Go to the gynecologist. I don't know your symptoms, but you might also want to ask about polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
