East coast? then Mass. Inst. of Technology is good, also Cornell.
South? then Georgia Inst. of Tech.
Midwest? then U of Illinois, Mich, Texas
West coast? then Stanford, Cal, CalTech in Pasadena, UCSD, UCLA, UCSB, USC
