hey... maybe you need to exercise more... they say you need to burn calories before you eat them.. so even though you are dieting.. which is GREAT.. there are still some calories involved which you need to burn in order to get results....

you can't lose weight if you just stop eating much . . you put your body into starvation mode and your body will store not lose . . cutting out white sugars, white flour, caffeine are a start . . your doctor can help you out . . no carb/low carb diets are good for short term, but once you go back to your habits, you will gain everything back . . you have to completely change the way you eat and EXERCISE . . do you do any? walking daily is a big help if you can't do anything else . . good luck

Dont starve yourself because when you do loose weight & if you come off your diet that will make the weight come back & then some! You need to eat just eat smaller portions & you have to exercise & drink lots of water. Best of luck. God bless.

First of all eating nothing doesn't mean you'll lose weight you're slowing down your metabolism. Also diets don't work without excercise, they are extremely slow if you don't burn the extra calories. Start eating healthy and excercising and you'll see a difference right away.

If you eat basically nothing then your body is freaking out and hording everthing it can. You need to eat properly, drink lots of water to keep your system flushed out and exercise is also very important. Good Luck!
