Fun question. Fire would be the worst from your list and maybe the worst overall. What came to my mind was a crocodile attack, because I've heard they knock their prey unconcious but then bring them back to an underground den. There they leave the prey to die and rot until they come back to eat it. I would hate to be in a dark croc den, wounded and waiting to be eaten.

well, I know someone who died from a bear attack and it was horrible. So I would have to say that one.
Now for adding one, I would say parachute not opening during an airplane jump. That would give you way too much time to think about what was happening.

I think a car accident. Why, because I have always been scared of being in a car accident, and also, I have had a friend to die in a car accident.

but im sure there is way worse ones
another one would be getting shot in the heart oor head cause you dont die right away...so i guess your feeling the pain in the mean time

car accident.that is the way my mom died on christmas day.they said she was ejected out of the car and that she was pend under it.now it has me on pins and needles everytime i'm out driving.any way is bad for someone to die though.

#6, you would see your life slowly fading away. just knowing youre in water and cant breathe is scary.
