Aaliyah Dana Haughton (January 16, 1979 – August 25, 2001), better known simply as her stage name Aaliyah, was an American R&B singer, dancer, fashion model and actress. Introduced to audiences by R&B singer R. Kelly, Aaliyah became famous in her own right during the mid-1990s with several hit records from the songwriting/production team of Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott and Timbaland, and their associate Steve "Static" Garrett.
Notable for recording several hit records, including seven number one R&B hits, one number one pop hit, and seven top 10 singles on the Billboard Hot 100, Aaliyah sold over 28 million records worldwide during her career. The singer also modeled for Tommy Hilfiger and starred in two motion pictures before her untimely death in a plane crash in 2001 at the age of 22

I think she lived her life to the fullest but she was too young to die. She wasn't finished with her life yet but I think she lived it to the fullest while she was here.

That would be a Q: really that only she or those that were very very close to her can answer. Just because she had money and fame doen't mean that she was doing all that she could or should have. I truely hope that she did b/c she seemed like a level headed person but ya never know.

I was just listening to one of her CD's yesterday. I really miss that girl. Its easy to speculate if *we* think she lived her life to the fullest but we honestly don't know.

I think that she did....the other week in church the pastor was saying that God doesn't let you die without accomplishing what He said you would do....Sometimes not seen to other people but the person that passed knows. And other times people know what you've accomplished.

Well, she seemed very happy with her position in life, and was very well spirited, so I would think so, even though we all know she would have accomplished way more.
