KandyGirl hasn't a clue what she is saying. The over the counter pregnancy tests are the same (exactly the same) urine test used in the doctor's office. Other than a urine test, to be completely sure the doctor will do a blood test for the human growth hormone. The hormone will show up in the blood at 2 weeks of pregnancy at a very low level. Go to the dr. get a blood test. For example I had sex on January 26th... I had a light period (more than spotting) during the next week. On Feb 14 via at at home test I tested negative. Feb 15 the doctors urine test was negative. By blood test and trans-vaginal ultrasound I was confirmed 2 weeks pregnant.

Don't be a stupid girl.... Use birth control if you don't want to be pregnant. Pulling out is not a form of birth control. Go to the dr. pray that you are not pregnant -- ask the dr. for birth control.

Women ovulate about 14 days prior to getting their period and this is the usually time that you would get pregnant. As you had sex two days before your period it is probably unlikely that you would be pregnant. On the slim chance that you did get pregnant I would recommend a blood test which is more reliable. Good luck.

If you don't know the answer to your own question then I suggest you give up sex and spend more time in biology class. With all of the money spent on education concerning teen pregnancy and STD's I would hope that some of the info info leaks into your head princess.

You could be pregnant or not. You will definately have to retest. By the way, I found out that even though you use the withdrawal method, some semen can come out before he actually ejaculates.

that withdrawl crap is iffy at best. just use a condom...
i doubt that you're likely to get pregnant because having a period will most likely flush out the semen, and besides, you're vaginal walls aren't in a condition to receive an embryo even if the sperm make it. (i'm just a college bio student, but if you're not sure, you should ask your doc)

It may be to soon to tell but my advice is don't stress cause if you are pregnant then that is the worse thing you can do it can cause harm to you and your unborn child. just be patient and when you miss your next period then take another test. good luck mother of one Lacey

I would go to your Dr. but it don't sound like your pregnant. But while your at the Dr. grab some birthcontrol and a brown bag of rubbers. Be careful and good luck

assuming you've had sex after 6/23, and you dopes are still doing the ol' pull out method, you can be pregnant.

if not, well, let this be a strong sign to GET ON THE DAMMM PILL, silly girl!

The "withdrawl method" is not birth control...it's ignorance. If you can't afford to buy condoms, how are you going to afford to raise a child?

if you got your period afterward then you should be fine. however, "pulling out" is not a method of birth control. you should be using condoms, or get the pill.
