i need some articles, journals or researches to prove that " consumers prefer the personal selling" than the other 3 kinds of promotion-advertising, sales promotion, public relation

Based on your question, am I safe in assuming that you have a personal reason that you need to "prove" this? For example - you're selling "personal selling" services to someone or a company?

Frankly, I'm not aware of any research like that; in fact everything I've been reading lately is pointing to the opposite.

Of course, people will always be needed for selling, but not in every situation. Maybe if you narrowed down your question I could help more. For example, high-value, complex sales are one case where the other media are suitable for lead generation etc, but "closing" is only possible with a human.

Maybe if you re-framed the objective that way, it'd be easier to prove your point?
