its in an xbox and the only thing i know how to order the troops are follow me and move out i dont know how to say hold position etc.

You press Up on the control pad to get a certain amount to follow you. That amount is determined by your rank. Also, if you want troops to get in a vehicle with you, you have to press Up.

Down: reload

you move your gun amer on them then press down on the d pad or up or left or right
