I'm straight, but I support gay & lesbian marriage ~ why not ~ if they are in love, then let them get married.

God created Adam & Eve, not Adam & Jhon, Plus in several, several places in the bible is clearly written that God disapproved such behavior, so, of course not!! I do not agree with gay marriage.

Just to mention a few:
Romans 1:26-27:
Leviticus 18:22
Genesis 19: 1-19
1 Corinthians 6:9

Some people look for excusses about the bible been absolete, but the Bible is God's word and it will last FOREVER, wether we like what's in it or not.

BTW, I am not judging no one, I am just going with what the bible says.

I believe in equality among all people. In my humble opinion the only way to have a society with equality is to treat people the same. I know that many people think that marriage should be between a man and a woman. However, business wise I believe it would save insurance companies a lot of money by having only married people able to receive benefits.

I think everyone deserves to be happy and no one should be able to affect your right to be happy unless you're impeding on their happiness. Everyone deserves to find true love and show the world how they feel about that person. No one has the right to determine what someone else's religious beliefs are and that's the main issue behind gay marriage. People need to realize that this country was NOT founded on Christianity but instead the freedom of religion.

I'm straight but I totally support it. They should have to right to do whatever they want and be treated equal. Just because it's against some peoples' religions or beliefs doesn't mean they have the right to stop them.

Yes, I support that. For those who say their religion is against it--don't you want to think for yourself? And if you do think about it, consider if such marriages in any way harm you or harm traditional marriages. I don't think you'll find any way in which they do, so why should you want to keep two people who love each other from being allowed to marry?

first of all i don't support it becuz its against my religion. 2nd of all the Bible says that's its a sin for 2 men or 2 women to be 2gether becuz marriage is sacred and its reserved for 1 MAN AND 1 WOMAN. i'm not judging. i'm sayin what God says about it. i don't think people shouldn't be talkin about the whole "judgin" thang becuz they aparently don't read the Bible. if they did then they'd know God said it's wrong. they don't need to talk about sumthin they don't know about.

Do I "support" it....no. However, I was raised not to tell people how to live their lives, so to each his/her own. The fact is, I could care less WHAT anyone does with their lives. Why does everyone feel the need to know everyone else's business anyways?
