You can eat what ever you want as long as you don;t go overboard. This time of the month you are a little more susceptible to weight gain & bloating. Who gave you this popscile info must I been and old wife, like in old wifes tales.

Where did you hear such a thing? There isn't anything you can't eat.

If you find that cold drinks, ice cream make your cramps worse (if you have them at all) then don't eat cold things. Try some hot tea.

There is no such thing as a "not allowed" food list when you are having your period.

Getting your period is a natural thing. Why would you have to stop eating stuff? Don't listen to those silly things. You can eat and do whatever you want.
