Well if all else fails windows comes with plenty of keyboard shortcuts and hotkeys that can replace many mouse functions. Theres the windows key that brings up your start menu and you can use your arrow keys to navigat through it and even files on your destop. Over on your right by the ctrl key is a menu key that does the same thing as right clicking on a mouse. Just simple stuff like that. I dont know em all

You might consider a Wacom pad:
http://www.wacom.com/graphire/index.cfm
These are commonly used by graphic artists. It's a pen on a sensitive tablet, the position of the pen corresponds to the pointer on the screen. These generally come with a mouse too so you have many options, and they're very accurate - they don't goober up like a mouse.

There's the rollerball (or whatever they call it). Also the cursor keys on your keyboard.
Trackball! That's what they're called. Rollerball indeed.. cheers Andrew!
Oh.. and you can just use a touchscreen monitor. How cool is that?
