I am wearing a pink tanktop but i have black pants on so which one?? oh and i also have my hair up in a ponnytail with a blue hair band!!!

depends on where your going or what your wearing add more details.
i think you should go with the pink because you said your wearing black pants and pink and black look cute together and the blue would clash with the outfit

I've never been crazy about blue nail polish--maybe it's because if you were deprived of oxygen, your nails would turn blue so it just gives an unhealthy appearance. I'd go with pink unless the blue really matches what you're wearing and you think it looks nice. In the end, what you think is what matters.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
be creative...
either mix and make purple or,
alternate nails for a punk look,
or split the nail, 1/2 pink 1/2 blue
or go blue with a pink flower
the mind and its creativity can go a long long long way

Do a french manicure with the blue being the base and the pink the tip . Sounds weird but I've done many manicures and trust me , not as weird as the black and red french manicure ....

blue... because you are more likely to be wearing blue for the next few days than pink. unless you are a total girly girl.

Depends on what else you are wearing....you could use the pink and not be too stand-outish, but if you have blue eyes, that would be a great accent..

well if you are a little girl then wear blue ,but if your not then pink would be a better choice.

in my opinion, pink is always more natural looking on fingers than blue :o)
