Of course, just make sure you wash your face before you go to bed. I would also make sure you buy a good foundation that's not to heavy. For the lipstick, I would get the ones that say they have moisturizer in them so your lips don't dry out.

YES! As long as the ingredients in the make up don't irriate your skin (ie, tingling, iching) makeup is perfectly safe for everyday use! What causes the skin problems: acne and blemishes, wrinkles, etc. is NOT the make up, but the care of yoru skin itself. As long as you are using a good cleanser to remove make up and other enviromental factors, an exfoliator to remove dry and dead skin cells, a freshener* (sometimes called toner) to refresh and refine your skin and pores, a MOISTURIZER** (this is a HUGE DEAL!!!) to provide moisture to the dermis layer and keep your skin supple, and a protectent...either a foundation (with SPF 15 or better) or a sencondary moisturizer (with SPF 15 or better)...to protect against sun damage and other enviromental factors----YOU WILL BE FINE! As for your lips, they are made of skin cells, too. Make Sure that you are cleaning off your lipstick at the end of the day (DON'T assume it all wore off just because you can't see it!!!) and take time to exfoliate dry skin and MOISTURIZE you lips and PROTECT them against sun damage, again YOU WILL BE FINE wearning makeup everyday! Choose a good brand of make up and have fun!
*Freshener...Make sure to look for a freshener/toner that doesn't relie on the drying effects of alcohol. Many now days accomplish the same toning and refining results (most times better results!) with botanicals that don't dry and damage your skin!
**Many women (and men!) skip the very important step of moisturization. Want to prevent wrinkles? That starts with keeping the dermis layer of your skin (where the elastin and collagen are) hydrated. If you're leery about a moisturizer because you don't want a heavy, oily feeling under your foundation, be assured that there are great light, non-greasy moisturizers on the market today.

I know that it looks like an awful lot of work to keep you skin and lips in tip top shape just so wearing makeup everyday is possible, but there are 3-in-1 products out there. It takes me 3 minutes every morning and 5 everynight to use my Mary Kay TImeWise products and Mary Kay Satin Lips Set. (I'm a sucker for anything that multi-tasks for me! I'm always on the go.) But since I have started taking care of all 5 skin care steps, my make up looks better on me...and I wear my make up everyday, all day. Take care of your skin...you'll be fine.

Good luck.

Lipstick, yes, but make sure you moisturise it too. As for foundation, nothing wrong in using it daily, but then you need to take better care of your skin. And use the foundation of a good brand.

Yes, it is safe. It will not age your skin, that is ridiculous. A foundation with sunscreen can actually prevent premature aging by blocking UV rays.

Well, foundation usually contains sunscreen, sunscreen helps protect your skin. Lipstick keeps your lips moist, which keeps them supple. So, I would think it would be fine. Unless you are prone to clogged pores.

As long as you keep your skin very clean, moisturized, and keep you makeup VERY clean, change sponges often and keep sponges clean, you will have no problems other than what anyone else does. IF you have lots of pimples, don't use it...Lipstick causes no harm. Good luck
