There is only one thing I hate about myself that I would love to change, and that would be my fear of change. I guess you might say I'm not as open-minded as I want to be.
I'm afraid of trying something new and feel that it's gonna backfire on me. Everytime I did try something new, I ended up hurting me, or someone else.
If I can change that (and I have been trying to) I might be able to enjoy my life better and not freak out when something new and unexpected happens.

I am me and all that is me I am. I can not and do not hate any portion of myself, for that would entail hating my whole self. I can say that I have disliked some negative behaviors I practiced and have worked hard work at changing those to the positive.

Nothing, anymore! There is room for improvement, sure, but I like myself. Hate is destructive. I do the best can with what I've got. It's fine to work on something that needs a little tweaking, but before you 'hate' yourself, think of your best qualities and say to yourself. Hey, I'm OK!

i HATE being skinny..... everyone says that i should be glad i'm thin instead of fat, but the only ones who are saying that are girls....not many guys would say they'd rather be as skinny as me instead of fat...(and none have ever said it to me) although i'm sure there are some that would....
It's hard to find clothes to fit, and i just hate the way i look in the mirror, if i wasn't 6'3" it wouldn't be as bad, but tall and thin isn't a good thing for a guy.... if i could gain 20lbs, or loose 4 or 5 inches in height it would be nice......
a guy can dream

my stomach.
yes i want to get it changed and have a more quietly working one. this stomach, when it digests, or otherwise too, it produces a feeling of heat and hatred and arrogance and discomfort. people think i've such a feeling intentionally, or maybe i think that they think so! but anyway it is a big problem for 4 yrs. now.
any suggestions r welcome.
