hey...don't worry about covering them up...usually what we see as flaws in ourselves, others don't even notice...If it IS that big a deal to you though, wear any sleeves that aren't tight. Tight sleeves tend to make most arms look bigger than they do otherwise.

DO NOT wear spaghetti strap tank tops or even the thick strap ones. You could probably cover it up until you start working out. Even if your not fat you could still work your arms. It would also help if you wore either loose sweaters or regular t-shirts, like the kind of t-shirts you would get at an event, t-shirts from the ladies section are form fitting. Therefore they will form fit to your arms. DO NOT buy t-shirts from the ladies section.

if you have heavy arms , wear loose short sleeve if your self conscientious about it . Or do as I do , especially in the summer , I wear the sleeveless T's and wear a lacy shrug on it . I also have been working out on my arm areas only ., and they're not too bad . I do it at home , with empty milk gallon jugs , before I go to work . 10 times each arm lift them up to your side slowly and put them down slowly .. I have NO time for fitness centers with my hectic schedule ..

I would go shopping and try on different tops. One with big puffy sleeves and one with tighter sleeves and see which you like better. But I would not go sleeveless. Not unless you just have to. Happy shopping.

I would wear a solid color, flowy, light material that flares at the bottome near your hands. If you wear things with flowers or or horizontal stripes, then you are bound to bring out what you don't want people to see. Don't wear anything that hugs your arms.

whatever you do, stay away from cap sleeves and tiny tee shirts. tank tops and regular legnth tee shirts work well, and of course, long sleeves.
