according to the presence of antigen and antibody there are 4 blood groups ,A,B,O,AB.if rh antigen is present it is positive else negative.

Nah.. Rh is aside from the ABO.
I think when you look through a microscope at blood, you see something in the blood to recognize it as A, something else as B, if you see both, it's AB, and if you see neither it's O. But I don't know what, sorry.

it's an antigen test. it goes after the A, B, etc. types and is an easy test to run. the Rh test goes for +/- factor
