He'll say: "I apologize for the headbutt, but I also demand an apology from Materazzi who said some really bad things about my mother and my religion." I'd say that...

He will say ( in a shy , gentle and calm manner as he is ), that he is from Algeria, has lived and respected France. He has worked hard to win money for France. France is the land of freedom.
And after all that work ( that he is standing on the peak of France football championship), the world allows a young Italian who doesn't know the meaning of terrorism( as the Italian said himself) to insult him as a terrorist. What else can a Muslim do to prove he is not a terrorist?
Stop this executing some honorable people for the act of some other criminals. As the whole world forgot Germans for the acts of Hitler.
Do not prove to the world that terrorists have rightful position in being harsh to Western Countries. Be like Chomsky. Be like lots of ..lots of the elite group that judge about a person by his own deed .
At that moment I thought I have to choose world cup or my dignity. And I chose my dignity. And I feel that was a right choice.

"I shouldn't have lost my temper, BUT
considering that materazzi is son of a nice women and has lots of fatherS and that I was playing my last match -which was WC 2006 final- and that maybe I was the only chance for my team to get to the cup, I was quiet nervous... That is the reason behind headbutt.. But dont get me wrong I am not sorry for materazzi, -he deserved it- , But I am sorry to have left my team alone during the penalties..."
I hope he speaks like that and also says what materazzi said..

i expected zidane to deny revealing about materazzi sayings, because i think it's a childish act to do so. but anyway he'll try to defend from his credit and will try to proove that still is a great player, in the field and elswhere.

I have the feeling he'll say that Materazzi said something "very serious" (but he won't elaborate about it) that made him lose his head. He'll then apologize for embarrassing his fellow players, his country and his family and shed a few tears.

Whatever he says, I hope people will tune him out after. Then maybe he'll shut up. Did I read somewhere that this might have been his last chance for the championship. You don't suppose he's basking in the glory for as long as he can make it last?
