Out of brake fluid. Probably a broken brake line or wheel cylinder in the rear drums. Hope I have been helpful.

CHECK THE BRAKE FLUID LEVEL AND SEE IF IT IS LOW.IF THE SMALL PART OF THE RESERVOIR IS EMPTY OR LOW LOOK ON REAR BACKING PLATES BY REAR WHEELS SEE IF THEY ARE VERY WET OR DRIPPING.IF BIG SECTION IN MASTER CYLINDER IS LOW OR EMPTY CHECK FRONT WHEELS INSIDE SEE IF THEY ARE WET OR DRIPPING. IF FLUID IS NOT LOW BUT PEDAL STILL GOES TO FLOOR THE MASTER IS THE NEXT THING.UNDO THE TWO NUTS THAT HOLD IT TO THE BRAKE BOOSTER AND PULL THE MASTER AWAY FAR ENOUGH SO YOU CAN SEE THE REAR PISTON .LOOK FOR FLUID LEAKING OUT HEAR.IF NO FLUID LEAKS OUT IT CAN STILL BE BAD LEAKING INTERNALLY.GOOD LUCK

If you have pedal pressure when the car is off then your brake booster is bad. It operates on vaccum from the engine. It is most likely leaking and not allowing the vaccum to work. Replacement is the only option.
