What i use and it certainly works wonders.... is arbonnne's NutriMin C RE9 Eye Cream.... http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com (under shop online) this is their anti aging line and it is so good... it eliminates the lines and puffiness.... and the product last a whole lot. the important thing here is to avoid using products formulatted with mineral oil and with animal products..... these do not get absorbed by our skin so this will help your pores get cloged and the nutrients even the best will not be able to get through to minimize the lines.... I am 32 and my skin is smooth and looks healthy.... i had acne and these products are the only one i can honestly say have worked. Did you know that mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skin, it is like rubbing car oil and exposing yourself to the sun, the #1 worse is the sun. Animal products (collagen for example) comes from dead animals.... there are these plants (rendering plants) and what they do is they pick all dead animals from the road, meatmarkets, etc. and they put them inside a huge pot, squash everything and the oil that comes above is the oil other companies use to formulate their "beauty" products, grosss i know.... the lipsticks, collagen for your eyes... ewww... anyway the important thing to do is to read what you are using on your skin....but these products are very good and worth trying.....

I've tried and under eye cream from mdskin care. It's about $60 for a tube the size of an average pinky finger but it definitely worked. It lightened and lifted. Unfortunately products that work for one person may not work for the other.
You can order it online or try a spa. I've never seen it in a store.

dark circles can also be caused by too much sleep....but if they are under your eyes all the time..no matter how much sleep you do or dont get...it has nothing to do with sleep...people simpply have dark circle under their eyes because the skin is thin..there are beuty supplies that say they will thinken the skin but i wouldnt worry about it..because the only thing that really works is botox...so just get a concealer or foundation a shade lighter then your skin color (just for under your eyes) to lighten them up some...

Dark circles under eyes are very common beauty complaint. Nine out of 10 people have dark circles under their eyes at one time or another. How dark circles under eyes are caused ? The skin under our eyes is very thin. As we get exposed to sun rays, the skin under the eyes gets damaged and becomes more thin and wrinkled. The veins below this thin skin start looking prominent. Thus the wrinkles and prominent veins form dark circles. Some times pigmentation also causes dark circles.
Causes of dark circles under eyes:
Age, Over exposure to sun, Lack of sleep, Lack of nutrients, Allergies, Eczema, Asthma, Hereditary, Fatigue, Chronic diseases, Pregnancy, Menstruation
