Put more stuff on it to make it interesting. Maybe finish your story that you started about the yard sale. Then copy your link and put it on any forum you go to or any other site you may have. Just post it in places and say "go here, this is cool." People will then click on it and go there.

Start with a diffrent photo instead of the disturbing anno-porno perversion picture that you have. Then enter counceling to help with your your pornographic and sexual obsessions. After this try finding more suitable things to do in life, like going to church, and making friends.. Now start a new friendly 360 page.. I mean look man I even look at porn and am friends with 360 adult content patrons, but you just seem sick dude, good luck Oh yeah don't buy any rope or duct tape.

First you have to get people to actually view your list. Then they need to know you are looking for people to join as friends, maybe write a blog telling the people who do view your page that you would like to be added as their friends so they can view your page in one click.
But most important you need to let people who would actually LIKE to view your page to be the ones who you invite. This is probably going to be mostly guys from the look of your page. The only thing I really liked about it was the picture. But you only have one blog right now. Maybe some woman would be interested if you wrote about some of your fantasies and let us woman know what age range you are talking about. You have to keep people interested to keep them coming back!
