I just got back from a 21 day tour of Europe including London, Paris, Rome, Berlin, and Amsterdam. And my friends and I did enjoy eating at an authentic Italian restaurant in Paris. Here are some musts that will make this work:
1. Menu's in French, Italian, and English
2. Staff that can speak all three!
3. Open late - most people in France don't go out for dinner until 10pm - or even later!

Ha-ha! That is a fun question. And it is not a very good idea if you want to make money. ^__^
On a side note, after my fave teams all lost one by one, I chose Italy as my new fave over France. Why? Because Italian food is way better than French.
Viva Italia!
