I would try to get the license plate number or at least the name of the company in which the bag fell from the money is counted for so I am more than sure they would know that it was missed. I would call to report it and just hope for a reward.

No. First of all it's wrong. Secondly, since when does ANYTHING happen these days without someone seeing something and snapping a picture with their camera phone? Then there are those lovely traffic cameras and security cameras at every other business.

yes, i would put it in my car immediately to protect it from folks like you and then i would get on my cell phone and call the cops. Because that is somebody's money. And if it were your money you would want me to do that. You are suggesting stealing which i don't support.
