Those are spam. Sometimes the spammers include useless texts in the mail and at the end, they add the link that they are advertising. You should just delete such mails immediately. Or you can keep them if you want to...LOL!

Spammers often include text unrelated to whatever they're trying to shill in order to get more emails through spam filters. For instance, if they're trying to sell pharmaceuticals, many spam filters will search for the words "viagra," for instance, and then wiegh the number of times it appears vs. the length of the entire email. By adding extra words, the weighted relevance of the word becomes less, and the email is more likely to actually arrive in your inbox.

This is the same reason spam emails often contain misspellings of the product in question.
