Open up your printer settings. Find a checkbox that says "Reverse print order" or something to that effect. Uncheck that box.

when you go to print a document the print window appears.
click on options button at bottom usually
and in the new window that has appeared look to the top right hand side, usually 3 opitons with boxes in front of them. one says reverse printing, there is probably a tick in the box. click on the tick to remove it. and close this window with ok.
now click on print in the original print window, and hopefully it is page 1 that prints first.
can you see what you did in the above instruction, you told the printer not to print in reverse order by removing the tick which had been selected.
good luck
