Way back when I broke my wrist they installed a "Bone Growth Stimulator" in the cast that I had plugged into a power pack 10 hours per day. It created an electromagnetic field around the area to be healed. I don't know if it healed any faster but it helped it heal completely, which it did not do the first 6 weeks in a cast.
If your a ballplayer dont rush. You can't swing the bat until it is completely healed and you have developed the strength back. Even if it is healed if the muscles are weak you can rebreak it on a check swing without even touching the ball.

Sorry that happened, I also play fastpitch softball and I am a little league coach. I cannot stress the importnace of knowing how and when to slide so that injuries will not occur. Sorry to say but you cannot make it heal faster. Question: Did you slide or dive??

Dear Carly,
Find some aloe in gel form. The closest to 100%, and over three year old plants is best. Place this on your wrist several times per day.
I hope you get well soon!!!

They say at least six weeks, and even after that it will be weak from not being used for so long. Give it some rest and get ready for next season.

I am not sure about how long it will take, but you don't want to rush it because you can easily reaggrivate a wrist injury
