The government are closing Deaf school, & expect deaf children to attend a hearing school. I wish they went to an event without an interpreter, & then replied with an answer, as that is what they are expecting Deaf to do

Thats the stupidest thing to do ever! I mean how do you expect a child to learn if they can't understand the lesson! These children have as much of a right to learn as hearing children and its not as if being deaf effects their intelligence.

Educational integration isn't necessarily practical and should not be pursued for the sake of political correctness. These kids deserve a chance and the goverment is potentially ruining their future career opportunities (which could cost the government more in the long term, serves them right!).

You're right, do what you can to stop this. This is a disability that be catered for relatively easily for goodness sake! If they do this to deaf children what are they going do for other disabilities?

Because it's easier! The government wants people in neat little pigeon holes so they casn forget about them. Keep up the fight, you have rights to equal access.
