MIX COCOA/SHEA BUTTER TOGETHER AND APPLY TO SKIN DAILY, IT'S GRADUAL, BUT REMEMBER, NOTHING WILL EVER MAKE STRETCH MARKS GO AWAY PERMANENTLY....

i don't think you can get rid of them with out surgery....but i do know that you can lighten them up with and over the counter scar cream called mederma....its for scars, but i have found that it lightens up stretch marks pretty well too...
as a mother of 3 cocoa butter NEVER worked for me, but this did...

nothing gets rid of stretch marks ,,,,,if its a case where you've just had a baby and they are still dark red/purple they will eventually fade ,,,,, to silvery lines ,,,,but nah nothing works

They will never FULLY disappear, but cocoa butter can help minimize the appearance of them.

unfortunately no my dear...only lotions or cream to lighten it.
