If you are talking about Wal-mart, I would say yes, since both my wife and I shop there sometimes and I have no complaints about either of our performances.
If you are talking about warmart, that sounds like something from the Bush administration, and while they have f****d some things, I do not think their quality has been greatly received.

Well probably because they know how to work with what they have....They arent at a financial point where they can just buy tons of high priced items to they stay thrifty and work with the budget that they have...it probably reflects thier sex lives as well.
