We can't decide who is the best looking person in the world because:
1) There are different kind of beauty for example Leonardo Dicaprio doesn't have the same kind of beauty with brad Pitt and Brad Pitt doesn't have the same kind of beauty with Usher or Denzel Washington but they are all good looking.
2)We don't know everybody in the world;so for that kind of question people will just try to choose between the stars.But there are ordinary people who looks better than stars but they are not popular.
3)Finally people have different preferences some can like average builds and others very athletic builds,or green eyes,brown eyes and so on......
4)The race is also a part of our choice for this answer.So black people will pick a black star,white people with will pick a white star,Asian people will pick an Asian star.So we can't really say who is the best looking person in the world because everybody will never have the same opinion.
